The Z Shape is a 12-week online fitness program that will help you burn fat and tone up. The program has been divided into three different levels of fitness ability to perform at the gym or at home.

As a member, you’ll burn fat and tone up with a customised fitness plan tailored to your goals, enviroment and level of experience. My strategy will give you the flexibility to decide how often to exersise each week and whether you workout in the gym or at home.

The program is very simple and includes instructions on how many repetitions and sets to do with video demonstrations. Your plan will change each month to keep things fun and challenging while you stay motivated and engaged as you sculpt lean muscle and enjoy the results!

Having the right meal plan will effect the  results from the fitness program. Get results with the nutrition your body needs while enjoying delicious, slimming food with your own unique meal plan tailored just for your caloric needs for 7-days. As your body changes (which it will super quick!) so will your nutritional needs. Your meal plan will change every two weeks as you come closer to your goal.

 

You’ll get a simple shopping list making things quick and easy - all you have to do is follow the plan!

If you've already been exersising on and off for a few years, but now you're ready to step it up and have been consistant for over three months, this is the idea program to get you back in shape.

Advanced

If you’ve been exersising consistently for years but have plateaued or just want to set a new goal and ready for a new challenge, then this program is for you.
