The Z Strategy includes multiple online fitness and nutrition programs that are simple to follow. The online programs are individualized and can be adjusted depending on your fitness level, environment and progress; it will also change every month to keep your fitness journey challenging and fun! You have the flexibility to decide how often to exersise each week, at home or at the gym. Each program includes instructions and videos that are tailored to help you burn fat, tone up and sculpt lean muscle. Having the right meal plan is also important and will effect your results and performance. As your body will change, so will your nutritional needs. As a result, your 7-day meal plan will also change as you come closer to your goal - all you have to do is follow the plan!
