THE Z STRATEGY
The Z Strategy is a 12-week online fitness program that will help you burn fat and tone up. The program has been divided into three different levels of fitness ability to perform at the gym or at home.
As a member, you’ll burn fat and tone up with a customised fitness plan tailored to your goals, enviroment and level of experience. My strategy will give you the flexibility to decide how often to exersise each week and whether you workout in the gym or at home. The program is very simple and includes instructions on how many repetitions and sets to do with video demonstrations.
Your plan will change each month to keep things fun and challenging as you sculpt lean muscle and enjoy the results! Having the right meal plan will effect the results from the fitness program. Get results while enjoying delicious and nutritious food your body needs for 7-days.
Your body will change very quickly, and so will your nutritional needs. As a result, your meal plan will change as you come closer to your goal. You’ll get a simple shopping list making things quick and easy - all you have to do is follow the plan!
